An international conference dedicated to the prospects for the development of millimeter and submillimeter astronomy has ended at the Astro Space Center LPI. It was attended by more than 65 scientists from eight countries, including Mexico, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Uzbekistan, South Korea and Japan. The participants discussed the main problems and tasks of space research in the terahertz and subterahertz wavelength range, and listened to contributions on relativistic astrophysics, cosmology, and space chemistry. In addition, scientists working on the Millimetron space telescope reported at the conference.
